The Fulton Street entry sustained heavy water damage, so that the 3rd-5th floors, Roof, existing wood joists & floor construction had to be demolished & replaced with wall bearing structural steel and concrete slab on metal deck.
Roof dunnage steel to support the Mechanical systems serving Fulton Street.
As all of this work was on-going, the two story Lobby was being restored to the original condition. This phase also included the installation of a six-story elevator.
